with fresh products from his garden in a pleasant atmosphere.

With his Greek-Italian background he is serving dishes which are influenced

* COOK LIKE A GREEK

In restaurant "APOLAFSI" you have the possibility to follow this summer
a workshop Greek kitchen.
The restaurant in the nearby village of Agios Konstandinos is managed by
the charming chief Roula (Argiro).

You will work in a small group using local products and fresh vegetables and
herbs from the garden while you get introduced in the secrets of the Greek kitchen.

Of course after the lesson the prepared meal will be consumed!

*SAMOS EXPLORER FOR A "WILD BEAUTY JEEP SAFARI"

Joe and Bruce, two sympathic and experienced guides with knowledge of
flora and fauna can take you on a breathtaking safari across the island.

You will be picked up early in the morning near the hotel and in the end of the
day you will be dropped again.

The safari brings you from the north- till the southcoast, passing picturesque villages and
rough mountains, you will have time for a swim and a walk.

In the noon a delicious lunch will be served in a traditional tavern (with wood oven)
while you are sitting under lemon- and olivetrees.
